I loved the pictures in this book! I took the hike down Wire Pass to Buckskin Gulch but I didn't make it much further than the entrance as a tree trunk was blocking the way! Therefore, I can see what I missed in this book! Beautiful!

A masterpiece on slot canyons

This book is absolutely beautiful! The images are stunning and are the true stars. However, the short commentary that accompanies many of them is also enjoyable and provides interesting information on slot canyons as well as the Navajo people who are blessed to live among them. While the canyons are undeniably a masterpiece, this book is as well.
