Jill Burt
VP of Retail
Read bio →Originally from Southern Utah, after working in the hospitality and recreation fields for various organizations in Southern Utah and Hawaii, including the Battleship Missouri, Jill returned to the red sands of Southern Utah to join the Zion Forever Project as a Manager in the Retail department, eventually becoming our Vice President. Jill’s extensive product knowledge and excellent vendor relations have positioned the Zion Forever retail team to operate at the highest level, leading to multiple $10M+ sales years for retail. When she isn’t overseeing the six ZFP park stores, developing new products or walking the sales floor, Jill enjoys time outdoors, golfing, and spending time with her husband, Bob, and their dog, Rusty. Her public lands involvement includes two terms as Zion Canyon Rotary President, Board Member Zion Canyon Visitor Bureau and two terms as the Peaks, Plateaus, and Canyons (PPCA) President and Board Member.

Hong Chaudhry

Read bio →Hong moved to Southern Utah in 2020 and became the Director of Accounting at the Zion Forever Project in 2024. Prior to that, she spent over four years as the Controller for the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah. She holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, a master's degree in accounting, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas. Her professional background spans the Healthcare, Industrial Automation, and Journalism industries.

Elizabeth Fiala

Read bio →Yet another Midwest transplant, Elizabeth (Liz) relocated to Southern Utah from Chicago in 2021. With a background in both corporate HR, field HR, and retail management, Liz was the first hire in the organization’s history specifically for HR. During her time, she has transitioned the organization to an online payroll platform, developed policies and procedures, and led the establishment of core values. She hopes to continue developing HR programs and procedures to support the employees of the Forever Project as they execute at the highest level.

Patrick Gill
Director of IT & Web Development
Read bio →Patrick keeps Zion Forever Project’s technology moving forward, supporting the systems, tools, and digital infrastructure that help every department do its best work. He has led major technology transitions across point-of-sale, warehouse management, Microsoft 365, web systems, and internal support processes.
Whether he is solving a behind-the-scenes systems issue, improving a workflow, strengthening cybersecurity, or building a better digital experience, Patrick is always looking for ways to make work easier, smoother, and more connected.
Patrick lives in Washington, Utah, with his wife, Melanie, and their two boys. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in the community as an avid soccer coach.

Mike Hobbs
Director of Logistics
Read bio →Mike has served as the Zion Forever Warehouse Manager for the last 5 years and was promoted to the role of Director. He brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and operations leadership from his past experiences working as a Restaurant Manager and Events Director. In his current role, he provides leadership to the operations teams through logistics and facilities support. Mike enjoys hitting the trails on his bike, or you can find him hitting the slopes.

Joan Sebastian
Director of Retail
Read bio →Relocating from Salt Lake City in early 2024, Joan is the newest addition to the retail leadership team. She is responsible for leading the store managers and assisting Jill Burt with product development. Her background includes store management with companies such as Columbia Sportswear and Sur La Table. A self-proclaimed adventurer, Joan loves everything about the outdoors, including hiking and canyoneering.

Tiffany Stouffer
Director of Development
Read bio →Hailing from Iowa, Tiffany moved out West to join Zion Forever in March of 2021 as the Annual Giving and Grants Coordinator. She comes from a higher education and university fundraising background, and one day she hopes to return to academia for a PhD and become a college president. Her current role plays an instrumental part in managing fundraising initiatives, event coordination, and securing grants for the organization. In 2024, she secured more than $6 million through successful grant applications. Tiffany greatly enjoys painting, baking, and reading. She is always on the lookout for new book recommendations or recipes.
