Reptiles and Amphibians
August 20, 2010
There are also known species nearby but not yet found in the park. We will try to find as many as possible on an intensive day and evening adventure in a variety of habitats. Be prepared for hiking trails and slickrock and wading in shallow water. Bring a headlamp or flashlight, food and water, and light rainwear because (if we’re lucky) we’ll get some rain that can bring out the toads. This day will be suitable for young people over the age of 12 as well as adults.
Fee: $60
Instructor: Ken Kingsley
Ages: 12 years and up
Meets: 2 pm at the Zion National Park Human History Museum. The class will break for dinner and continue until late into the evening.
Price: US $60.00
