Edible Plants

Learn why "if it looks good in the desert, you probably shouldn't eat it!" The group will exmaine plants from desert trumpet to miner's lettuce. The instructor will also discuss the ehtics and legalities of wild plant collection. We'll share some historic recipes and do up to 8 miles of moderately paced hiking.
